Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation
Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation (TRHT) is a comprehensive, national and community-based process to address the historic and contemporary effects of racism by bringing about transformational and sustainable change. As part of a National Evaluation in 14 U.S. communities funded by the Kellogg Foundation and led by Decision Information Resources, Network Impact is implementing a multi-year assessment of network relationships emerging through TRHT. This work focuses on charting the evolution of relationships among members of local TRHT planning groups and their connections with key TRHT partners in place.
In a subset of places, Network Impact is conducting an in-depth assessment of TRHT networks using Social Network Analysis to understand connectivity patterns and changes over time. Results of this work are contributing to the overall Evaluation of TRHT at a national level and are being used by local Planning Groups to inform their TRHT team building and partner strategies.
