Leadership for Better Health / Community Change Leadership Network
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) is investing in multiple efforts to develop and connect leaders across the country who are committed to promoting a Culture of Health that centers equity. The Community Change Leadership Network (CCLN) is designed as a hub for participants and alums of the Foundation’s Leadership for Better Health’s programs to strengthen Leaders’ equity-focused collaborative work.
Network Impact and partner Claire Reinelt designed and continues to lead an evaluation of network connections and collaborations that engage Leadership for Better Health program participants and alum. The assessment includes a developmental evaluation that is tracking the evolution of the CCLN, analysis of types of connections and issue areas that engage leaders within and across programs, as well as mapping of Twitter dialogue that engages LBH-connected health advocates. Data generated through the evaluation, including network maps and a database of more than 300 collaborations, have been shared with CCLN leaders to support CCLN strategy development.
